Lori Barclay, Office Manager
Lori received her BA in Accounting and her Art degree in Graphic Design. Many of Lori’s amazing paintings can be seen throughout the office. Lori joined the PhysioArts family in 2004, and she has an in-depth understanding of the New York Workers Compensations system as well as many of the commercial insurance plans. Lori is always happy to help patients navigate through the required process of their insurance plan in order to help make their overall healing experience run a smoothly as possible.
Ben Gleichauf, Front Desk Coordinator
Ben Gleichauf moved to NYC in 2009 after graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a BFA in Musical Theater, BA in Dance and Minor in Business Management. From there, Ben toured with Fiddler On the Roof, The Wizard of Oz, and Disney Cruise Line and appeared in many different regional productions (West Side Story 4 times!) coast to coast in the United States and Canada. While Ben is taking a break from performing, he is thrilled to be working and supporting the artistic community at PhysioArts while he pursues a Graduate Degree in Educational Theater from City College of New York.
Roxanne Martino, Front Desk Coordinator
Roxanne joined PhysioArts in 2014 shortly after making the move to The Big Apple. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Roxanne brings 2 years of experience at a fast paced dental office along with a fabulous flair for fashion. She tirelessly coordinates with doctors offices and insurance companies to help navigate the Workers' Compensation experience and make it as seamless as possible. Roxanne danced throughout her childhood and still enjoys taking classes for fun. She's a big fan of the performing arts and enjoys seeing shows often.
Hannah Sloat, Billing and Collections Coordinator
Hannah has been a part of the PhysioArts team since 2015. Her journey with Physio began as a patient, when she was treated backstage and in the office during her run as a member of the Original Broadway Cast of War Horse at Lincoln Center. She loves playing the role of patient advocate, to support the hard work of the PTs and artists on their journey to health and resilience, while she continues to pursue her own creative goals.
